Hey! I am Soham Haldankar. I am the guy behind FilmFascination-a movie recommendation website.
I was born and brought up in India. From the day I first watched ‘The Shawshank Redemption’ I knew movies had the potential of doing much more than just entertain us. From that day, movies became an integral part of me. Believe it or not, some things that I have learned by watching great movies have also helped me in my difficult times.
Movies like ‘The Pianist’, ‘Saving Private Ryan’ and ‘Life is Beautiful’ gave me goosebumps and showed me the horrible situations that people had to go through, ‘Inglourious Basterds’,’ The Shawshank Redemption’ showed me the beauty of cinema and on the other hand, ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’, ‘About Time’, and ‘American Beauty’ changed my perspective of looking at life.
